Shipping policy

We dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Orders made before 12pm are usually dispatched on the same working day.

In cases where delivery has not been made 10 working days after the estimated delivery date, this may mean that the courier has lost the parcel. If the parcel has been lost you are entitled to ask for either a full refund or for a re-delivery.

Delivery to UK only. Includes Northern Ireland.
